At the arranged time of the survey we will text or email you a reminder for the survey.
At the appointed time open the app and enter either your post code or select Britannia Robbins from the drop down list and press the search button. (This will then display the details for our company)
Enter your name and press ‘Start Video Survey’. This will connect you to us via video call
