The collection date and time was agreed and was adhered to. Care and consideration was taken loading and I was confident that my goods were in safe hands. The delivery to Sucina, Mercia Spain was unbelievably good. I had a phone call 1hour before the lorry arrived and I was not surprised when the lorry turned up 5 minutes earlier than predicted. The delivery men Steve and Shaun were great. I’m not sure they realised we had to get everything up to the third floor penthouse and although many items fitted in the lift there was still several bulky items that had to be carried up the stairs. There was no moaning and groaning and they took special care with everything.
We have now inspected the items delivered and there was no damage whatsoever
I will certainly be both using Britannia/Robbins again and recommending to friends and family.”
