“We had a fairly difficult move, exacerbated by the fact that our buyers were keen to take advantage of a change in the Stamp Duty rules, putting us under pressure to agree a move at short notice. Problems with the buyers ‘help to buy’ deal meant that we had to take out insurance to cover our removal costs, which was just as well since the buyers failed to exchange contracts in time for us to complete the move. A rescheduled move was completed thanks to Britannia Robbins who’s staff at all levels went out of their way to help us. The office team were extremely helpful in sorting out the paperwork, arranging supplies of boxes etc whilst dealing with two very stressed customers. The removals team were simply brilliant, emptying one house and filling another whilst remaining good humoured and polite at all times.
